Agreement:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for booking all bridal reservations. All reservations must be secured with a credit card. Application must be completely filled out and $100 deposit will be charged to secure reservation. Reservations subject to availability. Bride will receive a confirmation call when application is approved and an itinerary letter one week before wedding date. It is the bride's descrecion when and how the remainder of the party will be paying. Either at the time of service or beforehand. Beauty by Nature Salon & Spa is not required to inform all attendants of times & services. It is the contact person's reponsibility to inform all members of this binding contract. 20% gratuity will be added to all services. **PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
